"found Chris online from out of state when we were making plans to visit Tennessee to look for a home. He answered my call right away and spent a lot of time getting to know what our family’s needs were and what was important to us. When my husband and I travelled to Tennessee, Chris spent the better part of 3 days taking us to look at houses. He helped us get familiar with different neighborhoods and gave us a great sense of what we could buy and where we wanted to buy. It took us about 7 months to finally be in the position to sell our previous home and be able to purchase our new home (site unseen) from out of state. "contacted Chris to sell my home in Murfreesboro. He was absolutely awesome. I wasn’t living in Murfreesboro and Chris was on top of everything to help me get this sold from afar. There were some needed repairs to get ready for the sale and he was on top of it. He met with my contractors when needed and when I didn’t have someone to get something repaired, he helped me find qualified and reasonable people to do what was needed and made sure the work was done right. He was right there with me every step of the way. He kept me informed all along the process, from listing, to sale preparation, to offers (and the inherent home inspections, etc., that that entails), all the way to closing. He effectively handled negotiations, and, in the end, the house was sold and I am a very happy camper! Can only lavish praise on this guy!
